Rates:

* High Season: June 1 through September 30, $155.00 @ Night. Min 2 night stay weekday and weekends
* Regular Season: October 1 through May 31, $140.00 @ Night. Min 2 night stay on weekends
* We offer a discount for stays of seven or more (continuous) days.
* All prices are in Canadian funds.
* Based on single or double occupancy
* We prefer to welcome guests in the afternoon, from 4 to 7 P.M., though you can make other arrangements if requested.
* Check out is by 11 am or by arrangements
* We're a popular destination, so it's always best to reserve well in advance in order not to be disappointed. We will, of course, attempt to accommodate last-minute visits, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time for help with your travel plans.
* Our rate includes a full 5 course gourmet breakfast ...... you won't need lunch !! Or you can choose self cater which means no breakfast and your rate is reduced.
* Off-Street Parking is available for guests. Excellent lighting and safe driveway area.
* If you must cancel in peak season (June through to Sept.) we ask that you give us a minimum of 21 days notice.
If you cancel less than 20 days before your reservation date, your deposit is forfeited unless of course we can rebook your reservation then a full refund less $30.00 administration fee is charged. If you must cancel in off Season (Oct - May) we will give you a gift certificate, rain check, for a future booking at Island Treasures B&B.

Making a Reservation:
* To make a reservation, you are requested to do so with an accepted credit card confirming your reservation.
* Booking within 30 days of your visit requires a 100 % deposit payable at the time of booking.
* Booking over 31 days requires 50% deposit and the balance payable in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
* Check-in is from 4 to 7 pm, or by appointment.
* Check-out is 11:00 AM.
* For your convenience, we accept PayPal payments now.
